I bought this black 2H07
Buffet:
ebay link a few weeks ago for $35 plus shipping. I expect that the small chunk missing from the side of the case scared away some prospective buyers. I tried to repair the damage with Milliput black epoxy putty with limited success. The case on this clock is not bakelite or plaskon. I do not remember what the material is called. I cheated a bit on the polishing and gave it a rub with black Kiwi shoe polish which made the case darker and shinier. The H-rotor has the old style wings on it.
This model seems to rarely appear in black, and I don't think that the Linz book even mentions black as one of the colors. Now I need ivory and blue.
